Visa guidance

Citizens of some countries require a Thai visa. The original 2017 page directed visitors to the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs for current requirements. Visa rules can change, so use the official ministry source before travelling.

Authors who needed a visa invitation letter were asked to register first and then send their paper ID and title to [email protected]. The conference stated that requests would be processed as soon as possible.

  • Check the current entry requirements for your nationality.
  • Allow enough time for a visa application before departure.
  • Keep a copy of the conference registration with your travel documents.
  • Use the published conference contact address for record enquiries.
