Registration rates
The table preserves the published 2017 rates in Thai baht. The early bird date was extended to 22 May 2017, and regular registration ran from 23 May to 30 June 2017.

Inclusion rules
- Each accepted paper required at least one regular or member registration, or a qualifying student registration.
- One author registration covered one paper.
- At least one author of each accepted paper had to present at the conference for the paper to be included in the proceedings.
- Student and member status had to be evidenced during registration.
- Authors paid through the author account and could pay for one accepted paper at a time.
What registration covered
Regular, student and member registration covered the abstract book, USB flash drive, bag, souvenir, coffee breaks, lunch, welcome reception and banquet. Accompanying person registration covered coffee breaks, lunch, welcome reception and banquet, but did not cover paper inclusion in IEEE Xplore.
Additional reception, banquet and lunch tickets were available at the registration desk. The reception ticket was 800 THB, the banquet ticket was 1,000 THB and the adult lunch ticket was 600 THB.
