Author guidance

Prospective authors were encouraged to submit full papers for review. Only original papers that had not been published or submitted elsewhere were considered. Technical papers were submitted through the conference paper submission system.

Manuscripts were prepared in English with a maximum length of four printed pages in IEEE format, using a ten point font and including figures. The conference reserved the right to decline review of papers significantly longer than four pages.

Manuscript requirements

  1. The manuscript must be in English.
  2. It must follow the IEEE two column format, single spaced, with a ten point font in the text.
  3. The maximum length is two to four pages, including figures, tables and references.
  4. Papers must be submitted as PDF and checked with PDF eXpress.
  5. Submission must use the conference electronic system.

IEEE policy

The conference was technically sponsored by IEEE Thailand Section, and manuscripts could be made available through IEEE Xplore. IEEE reserved the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including removal from IEEE Xplore, if the paper was not presented.

Papers were reviewed on the basis that they contained no plagiarised material and had not been submitted to another conference at the same time. IEEE published guidance on plagiarism and multiple submission for authors.

Preparation resources

Use the official IEEE author resources for the current templates and policy pages. The original conference used IEEE PDF eXpress for the format check.

Submission record

The original submission route is closed. The paper submission page preserves the requirements and notes.
