The fourteenth edition
ECTI CON 2017 was the fourteenth annual international conference organised by the Electrical Engineering/Electronics, Computer, Telecommunications and Information Technology Association, Thailand. The conference aimed to provide an international platform to present technological advances, launch new ideas and showcase research work in electrical engineering, electronics, computer, telecommunications and information technology.
Accepted papers were published in the Proceedings of ECTI CON 2017 and submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore. Acceptance was based on quality, relevance and originality. The meeting took place in Phuket from 27 to 30 June 2017.
A continuing series
The original about page listed the host city for each previous edition. Those editions run from the first ECTI conference in Pattaya in 2004 to the 2016 meeting in Chiang Mai.

Publication and review
The conference maintained a review process based on quality, relevance and originality. Accepted and presented papers formed the proceedings record. IEEE policy allowed the publisher to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if it was not presented.
